Work E-commerce

Zuriyat Foods

A WooCommerce food store rebuilt around one source of truth for product information, with SEO and page structure handled in code.

Zuriyat Foods Food & e-commerce WooCommerce development, SEO, performance, content architecture zuriyatfoods.com

How we did it

From first research to a brand that runs every day

Each step below is work that actually happened on this project, in the order it happened.

Start

Step 01

Olive research first

Before a single page existed we studied the product itself: olive grades, cold pressing, sourcing and the claims Pakistani buyers see every day. That research decided what the brand could honestly say.

Step 02

Sketching and mind mapping

Page ideas were sketched on paper and mapped out first - what a first-time buyer needs to see, in what order, and what has to fit on a phone screen.

Step 03

Roadmap discussions

Working sessions with the owners set the order of the build: catalogue and checkout first, the knowledge base next, paid growth last.

Step 04

Built from scratch

A custom WordPress and WooCommerce build with no page builder - our own theme, must-use plugins and product templates, engineered around the whole range.

Step 05

UI and UX revisions

Rounds of design revision until the palette, typography and section order were locked, then rolled out to the product, About and knowledge-base pages.

Step 06

Content management

Product descriptions, the story pages and the knowledge base were written and kept in one place, so the same fact is never told three different ways.

Step 07

On-page SEO

Titles, descriptions, headings, structured data and internal links applied from code, and duplicate posts merged and redirected so one strong page ranks instead of three.

Step 08

Off-page SEO

Listings, profiles and outreach built on the same product facts, with search performance reviewed against real keyword data instead of guesswork.

Step 09

Social media handling

Day-to-day publishing: posts designed, captions written and the calendar kept moving, in the same voice as the site.

Step 10

Where it stands today

Zuriyat Foods runs as a premium whole-foods brand with an active social presence and a growing base of repeat customers.

Outcome

01

Zuriyat Foods sells honey, dry fruits and other whole foods online. The same information was repeated across blog posts and product pages, product pages did not explain what the customer was actually buying, and the SEO settings lived in the database, so they were lost whenever a plugin or theme changed.

02

A WordPress and WooCommerce build with custom must-use plugins. An SEO plugin applies titles, descriptions and structured data from code. A knowledge base keeps every product fact in one place, with redirects from the older duplicate posts. The product page was rebuilt with tabbed details and nutrition information, order emails were brought in line with the brand, and the homepage design was fixed to a defined colour and type system.

03

The store now has one source of truth for product information, product pages that answer buying questions, and SEO settings that survive theme and plugin updates.
